He graduated West Point in the top 3% of his class and was assigned to Intelligence as a Counter Intelligence Officer. He excelled in his field and moved into Special Forces on to a Counter-Terrorism team. During his time in special forces he worked closely with CIA and NSA, and was later recruited by Homeland Security to be a field agent for its Counter Terrorist Division. When his wife left him he resigned his position in Homeland Security and went in search of a different career.
