Stuck on the door to Graces room, written on plain white stationary, is a note from Troy. It says:
"Grace,
I'm sorry that I have to leave you again, but more family business has come up. Amanda and I have gone to take care of it. I do not know how long I will be gone, but I do know it will be a long time before I see the crystal city again. If you ever need me, call, and I will try to get there as fast as I can.

The Door to his room is wide open. Almost all his stuff has been taken with him, except for his duster, the one he usually wears when Grace makes him dress nice, and the dinged up, snub nosed .38 he keeps under his pillow.
